Yes. SafetyHub is a completely free initiative developed to ensure women's safety. All features, including SOS alerts, legal guides, and directory access, are free of charge.
To view legal rights and directories, an internet connection is required. However, the SOS feature attempts to use SMS fallback if data is unavailable (functionality depends on browser permissions).
When you click the "Send SOS" button, the app captures your current GPS coordinates and sends an alert message to your saved Emergency Contacts. You must be logged in and have contacts saved for this to work.
Yes. You can add up to 3 trusted contacts (e.g., parents, friends, siblings) in the "Emergency Contacts" page. You can also designate one as your Primary Contact.
The red 'Quick Exit' button is a safety feature designed for users in domestic violence situations. Clicking it instantly redirects the browser to Google, hiding the SafetyHub site immediately.
No. We respect your privacy. Your location is only accessed when you explicitly click the SOS button or use a location-based directory feature. We do not store your location history.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data by going to Settings > Danger Zone and clicking "Delete Account". This action cannot be undone.
